• Submit Bod Pod measurements at the beginning and end of the challenge - we have windows blocked off for our initial measurements at Hanscom on 3 January (0630-1500), 4 January (0800-1500), and 6 January (0630-1500) and participants may go any time in those windows

• Participate in weekly WODs (ideally at a HWCF class)

• Fill out and submit score sheets every Friday by midnight (deadlines will be strictly enforced to keep the Challenge fair for all participants, but let us know ahead of time should any known conflicts arise and we're here to help)

There will also be bonus challenges and extra healthy habits should the athletes like to complete them for bonus points, and a Facebook group for all of us to interact and support each other..

Scoring

Your team points are calculated from your dietary compliance, bonus points, and WOD performances (all submitted in your weekly score sheets), as well as your body composition change (change in Bod Pod measurement from the first to final week).

Here’s an example of a previous score sheet - This is only an example!

Honor System

The HWTC is a community and a family. In our attempt to be healthy, we do so by the  most reputable methods. The HWTC will not monitor for cheating (for both diet and workouts), but we are trusting everyone to abide by the honor system.  By cheating you are not only cheating yourself, but all your teammates who are working hard to make life changes.

Prizes

Prizes: There will be prizes for the 1st place best overall team score and best individual score.
