Nick Luz (CF L2) - Head Trainer
Nick started doing CrossFit back in 2016 at Hanscom Warrior and began coaching in 2017 after receiving his Level 1.
You can find him in the gym trying to get anyone to do “Grace” with him, showing off a new pair of shoes he totally didn’t need to buy or avoiding any workout with Double Unders in it.

Steven Eaton (CF L2) - Affiliate Manager / Coach
Steve started CrossFit in 2013 as a way to get into better shape (without running all the time) From there, his love for fitness was born. Through CrossFit, Steve found weightlifting and competed at USAW Masters Nationals in 2023 placing 2nd.
When not in the gym, Steve works in Public Affairs for the Mass. National Guard, plays disc golf, enjoys craft beer, trying new foods, and playing games, both video and tabletop. He also enjoys being a husband and dog dad to two of the bestest boys. -
Steve Henning (CF L1)
Steve found CrossFit in 2014 and began coaching in 2015. The variety, intensity, mobility, and especially the community, hooked him early. He is a retired Air Force Officer, is married and has three children.

Kristina Plunkett (CF L1)
Kristina walked into a CF box 2 days after failing a fitness test in 2017 and found a community she loved.
She enjoys it so much she decided to learn more and become a CrossFit Lvl 1 coach.
Outside of the box you can find her hanging out with her family and pup. Reading as many books as she can in between school assignments and working.

Amanda Casale (CF L1)
Amanda started CrossFit at HWCF right before the 2018 Open and started coaching in November of 2019 after receiving her L1. She loves competing in local CrossFit comps and is always up for a Spartan Race. Amanda has been active as a coach and athlete with Rack House Fitness, Alpha Training Group, and now CrossFit 110 since starting at HWCF. Her favorite WODs are “Fight Gone Bad” and “The Chief” (and really anything with an EMOM-type format) and her favorite moves are wallballs, box jumps, and burpees. Outside of CrossFit she
is an extremely happy mathematician, wife, and mom.--
